Nonprofit Information

Project HiVECORE is a Nonprofit Corporation for Mutual Benefit registered with the State of California and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in the United States of America.

Once business operations are established, we plan to reorganize as a Nonprofit for Public Benefit to pursue 501c(3) exempt status.

Project HiVECORE was formally recognized as a Nonprofit Corporation in June of 2023 by the State of California and United States IRS.

As a Nonprofit, Project HiVECORE primarily operates within the jurisdiction of the United States of America.

Our initial efforts will focus on 50% or more of its members residing in North America, while members from Canada, South America, and other countries will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

As we grow with support from the community, we plan to formally expand our efforts to benefit the global market and creator ecosystem.
